CryoLife® Europa The International arena has become a significant part of CryoLife®'s business operations and continues to offer substantial potential for the years ahead. CryoLife Europa, Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of CryoLife, Inc., opened in September 1999. From its headquarters in Guildford, England, Europa serves all of our customers in Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa. Europa has direct sales networks in the UK and Germany. We utilize distributors in all other markets. The Company has recently outsourced its shipping logistics to ensure a timely and reliable delivery service for our customers throughout EMEA. Europa's principal product is BioGlue®, which has been awarded three CE marks for its use in cardiac and vascular repair, pulmonary repair and soft tissue repair. CryoLife Europa, Ltd. can also facilitate the distribution of cardiac and vascular allograft tissues. The company also distributes CardioWrap™ as an anti-adhesion barrier in the UK.
