The International arena has become a significant part of CryoLife's business and has represented a high growth potential. In direct response to the growth of CryoLife's business in the European medical community, the Company established CryoLife Europa, Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of CryoLife, Inc. in 1999. In addition to CryoLife Europa which provides products and services for the European union, CryoLife also has an active sales and marketing team in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Latin and South America, Asia and the South Pacific.
 
Almost all medical devices and products must go through clinical studies and regulatory reviews before they are commercially released, with different countries having different requirements before a product is approved for market. In this section, we have included a number of products that are available in certain countries and not yet available in the United States.
